Please ensure that the product you are sending in is free of contamination. Fill out the form „Declaration of hygiene status“.

In case you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damages by using a suitable packaging. Attach the relevant delivery form and the declaration on the hygiene status visibly to the packaging (e.g. in a delivery bag).

After receiving your delivery / return we will take care of the processing as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation or the corresponding cost estimate quickest possible.

In order to be able to process your order as quickly as possible we ask you to observe the mentioned points. If the hygiene status has to be inquired subsequently, delays in order processing could be the result.
