BATEC devices no longer available from AAT

We would like to inform you that BATEC Mobility has reorganized its sales structure for Germany following a change of ownership. With immediate effect, a new partner will take over the distribution of BATEC towing devices in Germany. This also marks the end of the official distribution partnership between BATEC and AAT.


What does this mean for you?

We are no longer responsible for any matters relating to:

  • New devices
  • Spare parts
  • Repairs
  • Warranty
  • Service
  • Technical support

Please contact BATEC's new distribution partner directly in future.

Repairs that are currently still with us will, of course, be completed as usual. From December 15, 2025, we will forward all incoming requests for repairs, spare parts, or service directly to the new owner, Decon.

We would like to express our gratitude for the long-standing cooperation with BATEC.

We would also like to thank all customers who have purchased a BATEC device through AAT in recent years. We greatly appreciate the trust you have placed in us.

We will now refocus our full attention on our own product range and are already working on some exciting innovations for 2026.
